One of the toughest things for me to do is forgive other people when they do me wrong. I’m especially resistant to excuse mean words since I know the power of them. I’m learning to have the right mindset means to be prepared to forgive no matter what. That is radical, I know. It also depends on what you believe forgiveness truly is. For me, forgiveness involves trust. It involves God. And it involves taking an active approach in the other person’s life, even if that just means praying for them.
